Everything was spot on.

the location was ideal, close to everything we needed, with easy access to the M1 motorway. the rooms were clean with comfortable bedding and a well, stocked bathroom. the service was friendly and attentive, making our stay memorable. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the on, site restaurant and made use of the 24, hour check, in.
We experienced some noise from other guests which affected our sleep.

The room had clean sheets and towels. the location was close to the main road and public transportation. the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very helpful in the hot weather.
The customer service was terrible. the front desk person didn't pay any attention to my presence, and I had to wait for a long time to be attended.
